Technical

• Aluminium bronze worm wheel cast onto the output shaft - offers superior strength advantages.
• Ball bearings used throughout provide smooth quiet drive transition to the door curtain.
• Strong cast aluminium gearbox machined to precise tolerances.
• Gearbox worm drive is non - reversible, allowing door to be held in any position.
• Simple limit switch adjustment to facilitate door limit setting.
• Emergency operation; (in the event of a power down) is accomplished by chain operation through a reduction box.
• Control box has separate open and close relays, mechanically and electrically interlocked.
• Operator and control box are pre-wired for ease of installation, reducing onsite electrical costs.
